PES 2017 License Patch is created by laim, of course with this patch your PES 2017 will get some new features. Please note, this patch is still early, do not expect many features inside it. The author will update it as fast as he can.
FEATURES :
– All current missing uniforms for national and european club teams
– Real names, emblems for all teams & competitions
– Some small improvements for better atmosphere
– All licensed teams will remain original
– DLC 1.00 is included
General note:
Don’t create any DpFileList.bin into the ‘download’ folder to use online fully correctly, until first official DLC will be released.
For offline playing is no restrictions of course.

1. Put “Data” and “Download” folders into the main game folder. (“Data” folder contains all-sufficient patch. “Download” folder contains DLC).
2. If you can’t for some reasons to use Live Update to get current squads, put EDIT00000000 file into the your “save” folder.

1. If you use some modified files in Data folder, turn off all of them(restore from backup or just hide). Hide DpFileList.bin from “download” folder. Hide EDIT00000000, SYSTEM00000000 from “save” folder as well. We have to restore game to the original state. Check files via Steam. Update game to the latest version.
2. Put “Data” folder into the main game folder.
Put EDIT00000000 file into the “save” folder.
note: Don’t use DpFileListGenerator or other HEX editors. “Download” folder has to containe only official DLC. It means that DpFileList.bin has to be original!
If you are sure that you have fully original updated game, just hide EDIT00000000, SYSTEM00000000 files and perform step 2.
If you had no problem with previous versions of the patch perform step 2 only.
Afterword:
We’ve got quite strange update this time. At present there is no fully working method to change DpFileList. It looks Konami is trying to be the only one who’s providing content for license holders. This is good that we get more care than ever before, but this is bad the same time.
